INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES SHORTLISTED FOR APPRENTICESHIP
TRAINING (GAPP -2019)
Candidates are required to report to HR Department, Centre for Learning & Development
(CLD), Bharat Electronics Ltd., Jalahalli, Bangalore – 560 013, at 8.00 AM on the dates
mention against the names for verification of documents and subsequent engagement for
apprenticeship training.
You are required to bring the following documents / testimonials:
1. Enrollment details (user id & password copy) obtained on registration at National web
Portal www.mhrdnats.gov.in
2. SSLC Marks card (as Proof of age) Original + 01 Xerox copies
3. B E/B Tech Degree Certificate (Original or Provisional) Original + 01 Xerox copies
4. SC/ST/PHP/OBC Certificate (to claim Reservation as applicable) Original+ 01 Xerox
copies
6. Residential Address proof (Aadhar card) + 1 Xerox copy.
7. 02 latest Stamp size photographs.
8. Character certificate issued by any responsible person about your conduct and
antecedents (Original).
9. Physical fitness certificate (Original).
10. SBI A/c details opened with SBI in any branch.

*Above all the documents with Dress code / uniform are mandatory without which
candidates will not be engaged for apprenticeship training.
** If the candidate not reported on the above mentioned dates, his candidature for
training will be treated as "CANCELLED".
*** Those who are willing to join for training should give the consent by sending
mail to hrcld@bel.co.in along with the details in the attached Excel format.
