Plot- The overall dramatic action and the arrangement of the dramatic action 2. Character- The people that carry out the dramatic action 3. Theme or Thought- The central idea or message of the playwright 4. Diction- The words of the characters and how they speak 5. Music- Everything that is heard 6. Spectacle- Everything you see
