Today I made this document to try to download a really helpful file that I found on this website.
Unfortunately, it has not been easy enabling the download function on this website. I tried many times
to upload a document that would be accepted with no luck. I’ve written this to help you avoid the
trouble I faced.
First I tried to submit files that were in the newer PPT and Word formats. I also tried to upload a PNG
file. None of this worked. I kept getting different error messages. PDF files did not work either. I was
stuck and not sure what to do next. I was really frustrated.
What did I do next? Well I started writing this document. I saved it as an older Word formatted
document. I then tried to upload it to the site to see if this would be accepted. Did that work?
