We were tasked to conduct a survey that corresponds to our title. We created four questions with various selections to be selected by our respondents as their answers.

Conclusion:
From the data presented above, we conclude that Internet Café(s) can inflict either good or bad towards the academic performance of the student. It solely depends on how the student should utilize its presence, either for educational purposes or entertainment purposes and how the student views Internet Café in a positive way or negative way.
Recommendations:
Here is the list of our recommendations to improve the quality of the survey:

Make the instruction clearer

Some questions needs some revision

Change the time spent to Internet Café(s) from per week to per day
4.
Improve grammar and construction of sentences
5.
It should have covered not just the academic performance but also other aspects (e.g. psychological, emotional, mental, physical etc.)
