US and Canada based Bookkeeping firm looking for smart, intelligent and talented professionals for its Ahmedabad office. Principal Accountabilities: 1.Reconcile bank and credit card accounts for multiple clients 2.Conduct weekly/monthly reconciliation of all bank accounts 3.Accounts payables/receivables management 4.Report & produce financial statements on a regular basis 5.Liaison with external accountant & CPA 6.Assemble information for external auditors for audit, if required 7.Help with budgets and calculate variances 8.Process payroll in a timely manner 9.Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested 10.Other office duties as and when requested by the management Essential: 1)3-5 years working knowledge of Quickbooks, Xero, SAGE accounting softwares 2)Fluent written and spoken English to handle foreign clients 3)Willing to work in US shift till 1am in Ahmedabad (Monday to Friday. Weekends closed) Desired Qualifications: 1)Bachelors/Masters Degree in Accounting, Finance or MBA 2)3-5 years experience working for US based clients 3)Knowledge of US sales and income taxes would be beneficial 4)Excellent Excel and MS Office skills
