The issue of identification of vacuum block. The main units in the vacuum block are: - Piped stove for heating (H-201); - Vacuum calon (steam tower) (K-4) which performs rectification of the fuel; - Calons - Additional steam towers (K-5A and K-5B). The topological structure of the vacuum block is given in Figure 1. In the (H-201) piped stove X0I -shows the fuel consumption and quality indicator, U1I - variable vector controller depending on the fuel quantity, Y1I - the fuel temperature. II block characterizes the K-4 vacuum calon. X1I- - the consumption of heated fuel in the oven: X1II = { X2II , X3II } (1.1) X2II – consumption of irrigation for light oil fraction; X3II – consumption of irrigation for heavy oil fraction. UrII is the vector of managing parameters of the K-4 calon: UrII = { U1II , U2II , U3II , U4II } (1.2) where U1II - the temperature above the plate, U2II - temperature below the plate, U3II - pressure in the calon, U4II - characterized by the current level of calon. Output parameters vector of the second block: YII = { Y1II , Y2II , Y3II , Y4II , Y5II } Here, Y1II describes the flow of output products, Y2II , Y3II - the temperature in the plate flowing in light and heavy fractions, Y4II - the digestion, Y5II- the output of the residual product. III block K-5A and K-5B are additional steam towers. This super-block has auxiliary function and does not have the controller vector. The eighth is the output vector characterizing the targeted products. YIII = { Y1III , Y2III } (1.4) Y1III - consumption of light oil fraction, Y2III – consumption of heavy oil fraction.
