Speech Only Eligibility Process on Esped For ALL Domain meetings, you will need to fill out the communication status area on page 60 (Identification of Needed Assessments). Speech Only: If parent was present at the meeting, the psychologist will provide parents with copy of domain paperwork and then pass the file on to the coordinator. Speech Only: If parent was not present at the meeting, the psychologist will send out a copy of the domain paperwork along with 1st attempt to gain consent. Once that initial attempt has been made, the psychologist will pass the file on to the coordinator. For ALL Eligibility meetings, you will need to do the following: If no assessments were needed, transfer your information from page 60 to the Documentation of Evaluation results on page 11. If assessments were needed, your new information should be added to page 11 (Documentation of Evaluation results). Steps when facilitating the Speech Only Eligibility meetings: 1. Report information from Documentation of Evaluation Results 2. Rule out/in the first 3 questions on page 27 (lack of appropriate instruction in reading, lack of appropriate instruction in math, limited English proficiency) 3. Identify what criteria student was eligible for on page 24 4. Identify adverse effects on page 27 5. Identify educational needs on page 28 6.
