Some teachers appear as innovator and foster digitally
literate children with innovative critical thinking and creativity.
The government also ensure citizens’ right to inclusive
education, re-skilling, as well as keeping true the
fundamental value of European such as respect for human
rights, freedom, democracy, and equality.
European teacher attempt to use hybrid education which
based on a help of professionals to truly embrace innovations
in teaching in the era of digitalization.
NORDIC COUNTRIES
Many teachers in universal preschool education
should have professionally certificate as early
childhood educators and they have to demonstrate
the ability of use technology to enrich their
instructional in classroom
FINLAND
Teachers are expected to acquire professional skills in
researching, developing, and evaluating teaching and
learning processes as well as reflecting critically on their
own practices and social skills in teaching and learning
situations.
Beside that, the curriculum in Finland guide teacher to
focus on academic disciplines, research studies,
pedagogical studies, communications, and language and
technological studies.
SINGAPORE
Singapore education system which no longer giving rank
to their six to eight grade students.
Inspite of that, Singapore education tries to keep giving
feedback for students about what they need or what they
still lack of.
This feedback can focus on how to improve the students’
knowledge and skills particularly the skills of critical
thinking and creative thinking
