Financial liquidity for the company is not good.

CONCLUSION
- Within 18 months which is on June 2013, with current condition of NOOR
AL-HUDA COMPANY resources, they can achieve the expected time.
- But due to request of client that they want the project to be complete on
April 2013 (16 months), only by crashing some activity will fulfill client
request.
- outsourcing for certain work in the project. the advantages of outsourcing
is company can reduce cost, besides overhead cost also can be eliminate
since the company no longer has to internally maintain the contract
services.
- By outsourcing, the company has flexibility, where they no longer
constrained by their own resources but can pursue a wide range of project
combining their resources with talents of other companies. This will give
advantages to small company like NOOR AL-HUDA COMPANY to go global
with foreign partners.
