2. Tender will be received and opened on the date mentioned above by the Deputy Director General, Municipal Administration, CDA in his office located near Fire Brigade Building in Sector G-7/1 Islamabad. In case of incomplete bidding, re-tendering will be held on 11-02-2013.
3. Tender documents can be obtained on cash payment of Rs. 500/-
(Rupees Five Hundred only) non-refundable per form from the office of Deputy
Director DMA, CDA Islamabad located in Sector G-7/1 Islamabad.
4. Any information regarding said repair can be obtained from the office of undersigned on any working day.
5. Earnest money in shape of call deposit in favor of Deputy Director
(MA) must accompany with the application for obtaining the tender form otherwise no tender will be sold. Cash / Cheque will not be accepted.
6. No tender documents will be sold on the date of opening of tender. The authority reserves the right to reject any or all the tender as per
PPRA rule-33.
