Introduction CSFB subscribers roam with preference on LTE access, no CS-voice service available (only PS based services) Fallback triggered to overlapping CS domain whenever voice services are requested and resumed LTE access for PS services after call completion. CSFB is enhanced with support for DMCR to decrease the call set up time. If the DMCR capability is on and the DMCR is activated in SIB3 then the UE is allowed to send message on RACH or act on received message on FACH before complete reading of SIB11/SIB12/SIB19. The feature Deferred Measurement Control Reading provides faster call setup time for CS Fallback from LTE with release with redirect. 1.
