CONDITIONS FOR IONIC BOND
• The condition for the formation of ionic bond are as follows:
1.NEGATIVE CHARE:They are always negatively charged and hence
electrostatic force is responsible for their attraction.
2.IONIZTION ENTHALPY:One of the combining atoms should always
have less ionization enthalpy which is done by the donor of electron
and hence it g=facours their formation with minimum complexity.
