APPARATUS: - cooking utensils (bowl, wooden spoon) 1 egg - ½ cup sugar 1 cup SR flour - ½ cup milk 1 tblspn butter - handful of sultanas sieve - desert spoon patty pans - vanilla METHOD: 1. Cream butter and sugar in a small bowl. 2. Sift flour into bowl. 3. Add lightly beaten egg, milk and vanilla to bowl. 4. Soak sultanas in warm water. 5. Decant off the water. 6. Place sultanas on paper towel and pat. 7. Add to bowl. 8. Beat until lightly blended (a smooth consistency). 9. Place in a preheated oven set to 200oC for 12 – 15 minutes. RESULTS: Successful? Easy?
