Post Peel Instructions
It may take up to a week for the appearance of your skin to return to normal. During the repair/renewal you may/may not experience the
following--- slight stinging, itching, burning or tightness. These sensations will gradually diminish as the skin returns to its normal appearance.
Follow these guidelines to help accelerate the renewal process.
1. Continue your gentle cleansing and toning process with your favorite Merle Norman skincare.
2. Keep your skin moisturized. When recommended use the Post –Peel Balm or Super Lube.
3. Wear FULL sun protection! For the first 3-5 days avoid sun exposure. Wear a broad spectrum sunscreen such as Invizinc,
which is 100% protection zinc oxide with no reapplying necessary. If you are not using Invizinc, you will need to reapply your
sunscreen every hour when you are out in the sun. Don’t forget your hat and sunglasses.
4. Avoid exfoliating products such as AHA or scrubs. If absolutely needed you may use a very gentle exfoliator with a feather
light touch. You do not want to harm your skin unnecessarily.
24-48 Hours Post Peel
