Original Equipment Manufacturer
OEM (pronounced as separate letters) is short for original equipment manufacturer, which is a somewhat misleading term
used to describe a company that has a special relationship with computer and IT producers. OEMs are manufacturers who
resell another company's product under their own name and branding.
Providing "private label" or "generic label" versions of Meditech standard products. Products printings such as stickers and

Why?
In fact, nowadays a lot of “brands” buy their products from a factory overseas, put their name on it, then call it their own. Not every
company out there invests heavily in production, R&D, etc. – sometimes there’s simply no need.
Building your own brand means having control
When you’re stuck buying stock from other brands to resell on your own website, you’re not in control. You’re paying the prices

other companies selling the exact same products. It’s not easy. Starting your own brand isn’t easy either – but it gives you a great
deal more control to decide how you want your business to pan out.

1. Service Policy
Meditech and its distributors have to ensure that the quality of products and services delivered to end-users are of the highest quality. To achieve this
objective, Meditech has established a technical team to provide support to distributors, and many distributor service teams to provide maintenance and
service to end-users.
2. Return Policy ( for repair )
Any spare part needs to be returned to Meditech, the following procedures should be carried out:
Receive the return authorization.
Please kindly fill out the Service Claim Form, and provide the detailed information, such as SN of the main unit and probe, software version, an efficient
description of the reason for return, the correspondence.
Charge policy
① Within warranty (non-manufacturing reason excluded): The customer is responsible for freight & insurance charges when the spare part is shipped to
Meditech for service (custom charges included). Meditech is responsible for the freight & insurance charges from Meditech to the customer;
② Out of warranty: The customer is responsible for all the freights & insurance charge for returned spare part.
