Limited 2 Year Shoulder Bag Warranty
Columbia 300 (the “Company”) warrants, to the original purchaser, Shoulder Bowling
Bags to be free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of two (2)
years from the date of purchase. No agent, representative, dealer, or employee of the Company
has the authority to increase or alter the obligations or limitations of this Warranty. The
Company’s obligation under this Warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement, at its
option, of any part of the product that is found by the Company, to its satisfaction, to be
defective in materials or workmanship under normal use during the two (2) year period
commencing with the date of purchase. The Company will refund to the customer the purchase
price if the defect in the product is one covered by this Warranty and the Company is unable, by
repair or replacement, to make the product perform the work for which it is designed. After
contacting our customer service team, either via phone service or e-mail, for a Return
Authorization Number, send the defective product, postage prepaid to the corporate offices
(contact information and address listed below). Proof of purchase must accompany the defective
product. A note must accompany the Return Authorization Number with the description of the
malfunction and suspected cause of failure. Once the product is received, the product ceases to
be the property of the customer and becomes the property of the Company. The Company has
the right to either replace or repair the product to normal working order. Once the product is sent
back to the customer that product ceases to belong to the Company and becomes the property of
the customer. The Company shall NOT be obligated to repair or replace a product that is found
to be defective due to damage from unreasonable use including commercial transportation (air,
bus, train or freight carrier), modifications, customization, or alterations occurring after the date
of manufacture. Note: This Warranty serves as the Online Warranty. Any part of this warranty
is subjected to change, replacement, removal or amendment via the Online Warranty. Please

consumer rights with regard to this product.

FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF THE
