EFFECTIVITY
This service change reduces the
Maximum Zero Fuel
Gross Weight of the aircraft
from 54,500 lbs. to 53,500
lbs. This change precludes an
operator of a G500 with a
Basic Operating Weight of less
than 48,501 lbs. from
being required to operate the
aircraft under the rules
and regulations of Part 125.
Anytime the payload
capability of an airplane is
6,000 lbs. or greater, the
operator could be required to
either operate under Part

AIRCRAFT SERVICE CHANGES
This service change is designed 5001-5494
to eliminate a chafing condition
in the left pylon by re-routing
the EDP case drain flex hose.
This service change prevents
the EDP case drain flex hose
from rotating about the fuel
heating system tubing and
coming into contact with the
pylon rib
at GVFS 767.000, allowing the
hydraulic hose to chafe against
the structure.
This ASC installs/loads the
5001 – 5029
Master Operating Software
Version 18.11 on G500 aircraft.
This service change installs the
PlaneView® Master Operating
System software EB703123600315 on G500 aircraft.
