Years ago HYDROTECHNIK recognised that users require, apart from a powerful measuring device, additional software.
HYDROTECHNIK meet the user’s requirements for a simple and fast analysis and
documentation of their various measuring with the special data capture software
„HYDROcomsys/Win32“.
The manufacurer is aware of the fact that the efficiency of a measuring device is increasingly determined by
intelligent software.
Thus, it is only a logical step that the measuring device is accompanied by state-of-the-art software.
Looking at the performance power of this software one may rightly talk of an investimable help for users with the
regards to the display, the analysis, the documentation and the presentation of data.

Faster results through rational analysis
Today’s market is generally dominated by complex software requiring intensive training. The results-oriented
engineer requires a user-friendly software that concentrates on the essentials. The program was designed with a
functional and simple user interface in mind (Windows-oriented) allowing the user to benefit from it immediately
without extensive training.
Operation is very simple: select a measuring device, connect the transmission cable, transmit the data online, or
from a storage medium to the PC or Laptop, then display and analyse it.
The software “HYDROcomsys/WIN32” enables any HYDROTECHNIK measuring device equipped with an RS232 or
USB interface to transmit data.
Data may be displayed graphically as well as in tables. Graphics may be processed and enhanced with text.
Results can be printed or stored as data sheet or report format.
Test curves may be transposed to monitor long-term invesitgations; the system also facilitates easy checking of
repeat measuring. Results are either stored on diskette or simply transmitted as email attachments.
The current line of communication between the service engineer and production or between development dept.
and component manufacturer may thus be considerably shortened.
This powerful software is a simple link between PC and measuring device and makes advanced analysis possible
in numerous industrial systems.

Description
Practical , hand held meausuring devices must be userfriendly. ISDS sensors are automatically detected by the
measuring device during the power-up phase and the
following parameters are recognised: measuring range, the
physical size, the unit of measure, the signal exit and the
characteristic curve.
Confusing sensors and the need to enter sensor-specific
data are, therefore, a thing of the past.
The Multi-Handy 3050 with storage capacity and
connectivity to many standard printers, real-time clock and
PC-interface meets today’s challenges.
The unit has a simple to use menu operation similar to that
in mobile phones.
Up to four sensors may be connected and their measuring
results stored simultaneously. Minimum and maximum values
are stored continuously and may be displayed at any time.
Calculations of values, like difference, sum and performance as
well as derivations, e.g., speed are possible. The stored data
may be reproduced as a protocol either graphically or as tables
via a printer, either immediately or at a later time. The USBinterface of the Mulit-Handy 3050 allows a fast data transfer to
a PC.
The data analysis software “HYDROcomsys/WIN32” by
HYDROTECHNIK manages large data volumes either in
graphical or tabular form and or data analysis and there
presentation directly on a PC.

Description
State-of-the-art hand held measuring devices must conform
with modern technical requirements.
Upon power-up it activates a new comfortable sensor
recognition covering all ISDS-sensors. The previously
required presetting is no longer necessary; measuring may
commence immediately.
A comfortably readable display presents the stored data
graphically. This type of presentation is more meaningful than
the laborious calculation of numerous different values. We are
convinced that you will not want to miss these functions in the
future.
Simply follow the logically designed menu to carry out your
desired program. By providing a generous storage capacity for
500 000 values, one can accommodate even lengthy
measuring processes. The user can select from different
internal trigger choices or an external trigger before storing.

In addition, it is possible to access external devices like an SPS.

ISDS allows for the automatic recognition of sensors by hand-held measuring instruments: Multi-Handy 3050 and Multi-System 5050.
The previously required entry of sensor parameters is a thing of the past. The measuring device detects through the sensor the
measuring range, the physical size, the measuring unit, the output signal and the characteristic curve.
