Private Label Program: The ability to place your company brand on Dynaflux quality products creates
extended marketing avenues for your business. Using your company logo, our in-house Art Department
can design custom labels for chemicals, lenses, faceshields and/or water recirculators. Packaging options
for lens products include a custom, one color paper envelope or a plastic hanging bag with a color
paper insert. Packaging options for a faceshield include a custom sticker on the plastic cover film or an
individual hanging plastic bag with a color paper insert.
New labels require ample set up time and applicable plate setting fees. Logos may be provided in one of
the following formats: Bitmap (BMP), Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Pagemaker, or as a vector
file. If specific color tones are required, please specify the Pantone Matching System numbers.
Green Line: At Dynaflux, we work hard to address environmental concerns. While we have
always offered energy efficient products, we are proud to announce the addition of the
Dynaflux Green Line, our line of biodegradable and non-toxic alternatives to traditional

Warranties and Return Policy: Dynaflux offers a 15-Month Limited Warranty from the date of purchase
on all products. For any return, please obtain prior approval and a Return Goods Authorization (RGA)
number for the return. This RGA number is used on all shipping documents and correspondence
pertaining to the returned goods.

Operation:
Connect unit to 110 volt power. Secure ground clip to work piece. Saturate applicator boot or applicator pad with HTR-120
Solution. Allow excess fluid to drip off applicator. Turn unit ON. Pass applicator GENTLY over the heat-stained weld zone. Allow
applicator boot or applicator pad to float over the fluid layer. The chemical action of the electrically charged solution barrier
removes the heat stain. NOTE: Any excessive pressure that effectively squeezes the solution away and permits dry grounding to occur
is counterproductive and shortens the life of the applicator boot or pad. Dry grounding or arcing of applicator wand may trip relay.
Push to reset. Rinse with clean water immediately after cleaning to neutralize any chemical left on surface. This will prevent
white oxidation from forming on the surface.
If white oxidation does appear, residual film remaining on the work surface may be removed using Dynaflux Stainless Steel
Finisher™ (Product No. 394) .

Portable Rod Ovens
These energy efficient horizontal rod ovens are housed in durable stainless steel. The
high R value ceramic insulation holds heat longer, extending field use. Placement of
the heating element below the rods creates even heat distribution, increasing energy
efficiency. Gasket sealed lid ensures an air tight seal to keep moisture out and heat in.
Hinged cover allows for single handed retrieval of welding rods without glove removal.
Replacement of heating element is quick and easy by removing six accessible screws.
Rod ovens are available in 15 lb. (6.8 kg.) and 50 lb. (22.7 kg.) capacities.
