Actual system life may extend well beyond listed hours based on ambient temperature, or the use of secondary controls. The limiting factor of QLP Gen-3 is the LED driver, which is the first component expected to require maintenance within the system. TM-21-11 is the IESNA’s recommended method of projecting long term maintenance of LED light sources. L70(9K) = The ellapsed operating time to 70% lumen maintenance after 9000 hours of testing in accordance with LM-80. See page 3 for additional information.
