On the login page click: Set Me Up 1 Set Me Up (continued) 2. Please fill in the form with the following details: Account Details Customer Information - the drop down box marked reseller is your intermediary network, please make sure this is selected so you have access to the correct stock. Delivery Address Postal Address All fields that have a red asterisk after them are Required Fields, the Set Me Up process will not proceed unless they are complete. 3. Once you have entered in your details and selected submit, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address. How many registrations can you have per office/brokerage? We recommend you have one login per brokerage, so your order history can all be stored in the one place and to ensure that you are not doubling up on orders! 2 You are now ready to order! Log in page 1. Select Login 2. Enter in your Login Name & Password and select submit. 3 Product ordering Main Menu 1.On the left hand side of the main menu, there are a number of product categories, select your required category. Note: If you are aware of the product code or product description of the product you are ordering, a search function is available, please see Search Templates in the Main Menu. Product Menu 1. Once you have selected your required product category, select your specific product group. 2. To order your required product, select order. 4 Product ordering (continued) Order Quantity 1. On the left hand side of the page, select your required quantity from the drop down box. 2.Select add to shopping cart to proceed with the order. Please note: The calculate price button is irrelevant, you WILL NOT be charged anything; all costs are charged to Calliden. Shopping Cart 1. The Shopping Cart allows you to continue shopping for more than one product item, select continue shopping to be re-directed back to the main menu and proceed with your order. Note: All products ordered will be saved and stay in the shopping cart until the finalisation of the order is complete. 2. At anytime you can remove an ordered product from the shopping cart, by selecting remove. 3. To proceed with your order select the review order button. 5 Product ordering (continued) Review Order 1. Check details: products and quantities ordered. 2. Your products will be delivered to the predetermined delivery address in the system or you can enter an alternative address by selecting the tick box and filling in the details. 3. Agree to the terms and conditions by selecting the tick box. 4.Select confirm order to place your order. Review products on order 1. To view the details of the products on order, select the item number on the left hand side of the page. 2. A product details (item details) page will appear providing the following information: pages, product category, product description and quantity ordered as well as an image of the front cover of the product you are about to order. 3. This takes you to the product details, select the highlighted number in the item number column. 4. Select the highlighted number in the pages row to view a copy of the artwork ordered. 6 Order history To view details of previous products ordered. 1. On the left hand side of the main menu, select order history. 2. The main order history page will appear this displays the following information: order no, date order was placed, customer description. 3. To view the order history details in more depth, select view details. 4. This takes you to the product details, select the highlighted number in the item number column. 5. Go to the login screen and select forgot password and enter in your e-mail address. Your password and log in details will be sent to you or you can email online@mystique.com.au How long does an order take to process and be received? Orders are processed (picked, packed and sent) within 2 business days and should arrive within 5 business days for metro deliveries, up to 10 business days for regional. Orders sent to a PO Box will take longer and cannot be traced as they go through Australia Post, we recommend all Brokers to use their street address if possible. What can you order?
