Global Polymer (HDPE)
GLOBAL polymer toilet partitions are

They are environmentally safe and

HDPE solid polymer is water resistant

Global Phenolic - Black Core
GLOBAL phenolic partitions are the material
of choice where durability and strength are
required. These partitions are fabricated to
stand the test of time. The dense components,
combined with stainless steel brackets and
fasteners, stand up to the most extreme
conditions of moisture and humidity.
Phenolic is impact, water, and corrosion
resistant, and does not support bacteria.
The phenolic partition is decoratively faced
on both sides as an integral part of a resinimpregnated kraft paper core. The surface
and core sheets are fused at high temperature
and pressure. In addition to strength and
serviceability, a wide range of colors
provides limitless design flexibility.

PANELS:
Doors and panels shall be 1" thick, constructed of two sheets of 22 gauge stainless
steel. The perimeter shall be sealed with a 22 gauge interlocking molding. Molding
corners shall be welded to each other and to face sheets and ground smooth to form a
rigid frame around the component.

PILASTERS:
a. Floor Anchored Overhead Braced Pilasters shall be 1-1/4" thick constructed of two

interlocking molding. An inverted stirrup shall be welded within the base of each pilaster
with a jack bolt for leveling during installation and permanent load support. "L" brackets
shall be coupled to the stirrup bracket and floor for full range adjustment.
b. Floor Anchored Pilasters shall be 1-1/4" thick, constructed of two sheets of 18 gauge
stainless steel. Vertical and top edges shall be sealed with 22 gauge interlocking
molding. An 11 gauge slotted stirrup bracket shall be welded in the base of each pilaster.
Two 3/8" diameter cadmium-plated studs anchor the mounting bracket to a concrete

each pilaster. Two 3/8" diameter cadmium-plated studs anchor the mounting bracket to
overhead structural steel members.
d. Floor and Ceiling Anchored Pilasters shall be 1-1/4" thick, constructed of two sheets
of 22 gauge stainless steel. Vertical edges shall be sealed with 22 gauge interlocking

a. Floor Anchored Overhead Braced Pilasters shall be 1-1/4" thick constructed of two
sheets of 22 gauge steel. Vertical edges shall be sealed with 22 gauge interlocking
molding. An inverted stirrup shall be welded within the base of each pilaster with a
jack bolt for leveling during installation and permanent load support. "L" brackets shall
be coupled to the stirrup bracket and floor for full range adjustment.
b. Floor Anchored Pilasters shall be 1-1/4" thick, constructed of two sheets of 18
gauge steel. Vertical edges shall be sealed with 22 gauge interlocking molding. The
top of each pilaster shall be sealed with 22 gauge interlocking molding. A 11 gauge
slotted stirrup bracket shall be welded in the base of each pilaster. Two 3/8" diameter
cadmium-plated self anchoring studs anchor the mounting bracket to a concrete floor.
c. Ceiling Hung Pilasters shall be 1-1/4" thick, constructed of two sheets of 18 gauge

1. Upper door hinge is recessed and interlocked in door and includes a nylon pin within
the door. Lower door hinge is recessed in the door and includes mating box, pintle and
nylon cams, which provide the bearing surface. The cams are adjustable to allow the
door to rest at any position within a 270-degree range.
2. All concealed latches shall be mounted at mid-point of the door.
b. Hardware includes coat hook, bumper, stop and keeper, and all necessary fasteners
for installation.
c. Brackets for panel to wall and panel to pilaster attachment shall be chromium-plated
die cast Zamac.
d. Pilaster shoes shall be of type 304 stainless steel with a #4 finish.
e. Fasteners shall be of chrome-plated steel; door hinges will be mounted with vandalresistant through bolts; hooks and handles will be mounted with vandal-resistant fullthread screws.
f. Floor Anchored Overhead Braced only - headrail shall be provided to bridge all
compartments. The headrail to be anodized aluminum with satin finish, contoured to
provide anti-grip features.

FINISH:

stainless steel is available at additional cost.
Colors shall be selected from the manufacturer's full range of colors (see page 9).
