AVAILABILITY
Throughout the Crisp County Power Commission’s service area from existing lines of adequate capacity.
APPLICABILITY
Applicable to establishments that provide processing or storage services of agricultural products to

Examples of types of operations that could qualify are cotton gins and vegetable or fruit storage facilities.
More than fifty percent of the processing service provider’s business must meet these criteria in order to
qualify. The customer will be responsible to the Company for any additional cost of installing and
removing any equipment required to control, meter or deliver this service. This electric service shall be
delivered at one point, at one standard voltage and metered at or compensated to that voltage.

These lights are normally furnished with a special pole or base and underground service up to 100 feet.
Additional underground length is furnished at $1.00 per foot.
NOTES
1. “Without Pole” means luminaire can be installed on an existing distribution wood pole. For those
lights where normal service is overhead, underground service will be furnished for an additional $100
“up-front” fee, plus $1 per foot for any underground service length above the first 100 feet. Where
underground wiring is desired, and paving or other obstructions exist, the customer will be required to
perform all trenching, install duct furnished by the Commission, backfill, and complete the paving to
the mutual satisfaction of all parties concerned.
2. If a customer desires to substitute a special pole type for the regular wooden pole these are available
at the following rates:
• To substitute either a direct embedded fiberglass or concrete pole, add $5.74 per month to
the normal “with pole” rental fee.
• To substitute either a steel or fiberglass pole mounted on a concrete base add $11.45 per
month to the normal “with pole” rental fee.
3. In the event the Commission is required to replace existing Commission-owned luminaire(s) with a
different type luminaire(s), then the customer will be required to pay the Commission $25.00 for each
luminaire changed. Also, if a customer requires the Commission to install luminaries at greater
mounting height than that which is achievable on existing wood poles or relocate poles and
equipment, then the customer will be required to pay the Commission a Contribution to Construction
to cover changing the pole to a taller one, rearranging the equipment to accommodate the greater
mounting height or relocating poles and equipment.
4. The placement of lights will be mutually determined by the Crisp County Power Commission and the
customer. After installation, if the customer requests light(s) to be relocated, then the relocation will
be at the customer’s expense.
