The current transformer measures the electrical load in any single phase cable and transmits the values over any range of time period starting at
1 Second intervals.
The device can be configured to output the wireless packets at different intervals. The unit can work from 0.4Amp up to 100Amp.
The device requires NO electrical live installation and is clipped directly around the protected core allowing retrofit applications to be undertaken whilst the system is active and no down time realised.
Used in conjunction with the Eco Smart Appliance manager (Eco-SAM) total power usage can be accurately monitored and load switched over the enocean wireless network.
Eco-Sphere Integration.
The Enocean enabled gateway (Eco-WEG) can be used in conjunction with the Eco-CT to provide
Ethernet connectivity for all enocean enabled devices and by running the Eco-Sphere energy manager dashboard the data can be used in a soft virtual metering application.








Installation
Installation is simple smart and easy for the CT. The locking mechanism on the clamp ensures the device is safe and secure when applied. Simply clip the CT around any single core power cable to start the energy generation. Once the energy has been incorporated the CT will start to harness the power and start the broadcasting of the wireless packets.
Configuring the device
To configure the device you will require an Enocean enabled receiver (See EcoWEG —
UN2) Data sheets for Ecologix recommended receivers for this device. Once the receiver is ready press the learn button on the device — this will enable the learn LED and send the learn telegram to the receiver. Once this signal has been acknowledged and bound to the receiver the unit is ready. The EcoCT will continue to process the
Energy data in the configured format whilst ever there is energy flowing through the device.

EnOcean protocol operates at 868MHz or 315MHz in North America and the wireless range is generally up to 30 meters indoors but this is dependent on the buildings construction.
