EMEA initiative: “Stepping Up Program”
• Was put into place by Adrian McDonald, President of
EMEA and the EMEA Field Women’s Leadership
Forum in 2013, by which we give senior women in
EMEA the opportunity to develop a strong
EMCSTEPUP14
relationship with senior
leaders, access to excellent
development opportunities and the opportunity to
build relationships with other senior women,
especially important for our scarce field based
women.
