When you accept the offer of a placement on the course, an invoice will be sent to you for the full cost of your fees. These persons include court, government officials or professionals including solicitors, bank managers, accountants and Justices of Peace. If any of these documents are in a language other than English, please provide a certified English translation of documents. 1. Application When your application is received, you will be sent an acknowledgement letter to confirm receipt of your application and notification if any support documentation is missing. 2. Offer Letter When all required information is received, you will be issued a conditional offer. The offer may be conditional on your course fee payment, or examination results for qualifications you are currently taking. 3. Payment of Fees All fees, charges and accounts will be payable as determined by Milton Keynes College. Fees are correct the time of printing and Milton Keynes College reserves the right to vary its fees at any time. Any increase or changes to the fees will be stated before the course starts. 4. Enrolment When full payment is received and all conditions of the Offer have been met, you will be sent a Confirmation of Enrolment Letter or Confirmation of Acceptance of Studies (CAS) confirming your place in the course. 5. During your course You are required to attend all classes, submit all assignments and undertake all tests and examinations during the course. Any requests for changes including withdrawals, cancellation or deferrals must be made in writing to Milton Keynes College. As a Tier 4 Sponsor, we are required to monitor your attendance to ensure that you attend at least 90% of in-class contact hours and report poor attendance. 6. Refund Policy Any fees refunded will be at the discretion of Milton Keynes College.
