Ginger Hillyard presented a draft of the Operating
Guidelines for the group. This document outlines the
goals, agreements and guidelines that we have made as
a group.

are asking the physicians for when we do the
outreach.

Physicians Outreach Group:
Focus on individual practices

Group discussed the possibility of creating a combined
referral form for Early Intervention and Child Find. It
was agreed that we would like to pursue if CDE and
Early Intervention would allow a combined referral form.
Mindy Craig:
Will inquire with EIC and CDE to see I we
could combine the referral form.
Sharing Concerns Group:
Brenda Tuttle, Ginger Hillyard and Abbey
Schneider have formed a mini committee to
review the Sharing Concerns document with
the goal to tailor it to each audience

In March we hope to compare EI referral data from
when we stared this process with most current available
data.

meeting.
