The Lustre Pastes NF are based on fine

Before applying the Lustre
Pastes NF, the ceramic
restoration is shaped and
contoured using the appropriate diamond burs and is
pre-polished with a ceramic
polisher.

The finished crowns and
bridges are then sandblasted with 50 microns
Aluminium Oxide at 1,5 bar
pressure.
Basis
The entire surface of the sandblasted restoration is coated with
Lustre Paste NF Neutral.
This coating is significantly thicker
than what is achieved from a
normal glaze firing.
Application of Neutral Lustre Paste
The required Vitapan Classic®
Shade is created by the application of the Lustre Pastes NF
ranging from “Body A - D”.
This process, which only takes
2 minutes, encompasses everything which is necessary to
create Vitapan Classic® shades.
As a master, simply use the other

‘Refreshing Liquid’:
The ‘Diluting Liquid’ is a special
liquid to offer the desired pastelike consistency for the application.
The ‘Refreshing Liquid’ is used to
preserve the thixotropic property
of the pastes. This liquid is used
to recover dried out pastes to an
optimum, gel-like consistency
without change in the physical
