ISSIP Service Innovation Business Meetups - Goal: to provide an opportunity for
industry leaders to exchange ideas on latest service innovation trends, and network with
peers.
Industry-oriented Service Innovation Discovery Summits - Goal: Opportunity to take a
deep dive into a business challenge that service innovation can help address.
An annual 1-day industry symposium around a service innovation theme ( IoT, Cloud,
Cognitive Computing, Big Data/Analytics, etc. ). This year we are considering an event
around IoT services in Q3~ Q4.
A new Standards SIG being formed looking to influence various standard bodies from
the perspective of service innovation.
New industry-oriented SIGs - currently SDN and Cognitive Computing being led by
IBM; Practical Service Innovation Framework and Service Design led by Cisco.
A formal annual awards program that would publicly recognize and promote
exceptional contributions of ISSIP members to service innovation globally.
White papers, books, and other publications based on the above and providing the
industry guidance on the the latest services trends.
