Product Warranty
LIMITED WARRANTY. Dodge Industries Inc. (“DII”) warrants and guarantees that the Dodge Hangers ®
provided shall be of good quality and free from defects and will be replaced within one (1) year of
purchase, if they fail after proper installation. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties or claims for
damages, express or implied, whether based in contract, tort or otherwise. Except as otherwise provided
herein, DII makes no warranties, guarantees or representations of any kind or nature whatsoever,
express or implied (including no warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or arising
from course of performance, course of dealing, usage or trade). All such warranties are expressly
excluded and disclaimed, and none shall be implied by law, equity or otherwise. Statements and
representations made by DII, its employees or its agents, shall not constitute a warranty of any kind. Any
misuse, abuse, or misapplication of the Dodge Hanger, or failure to follow instructions, install the product
properly or use it for its intended purpose, will void this warranty. This warranty is nontransferable, may
not be assigned, and will only accrue to the benefit of the original user or purchaser.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. DII assumes no responsibility or liability for the work of others, improper
installation, abuse or misuse, design or inspection matters, or failure to use the Dodge Hanger for its
intended purpose. DII’s sole and exclusive liability for any and all damages relating to its product,
whether special, direct, incidental or consequential, shall be limited to replacing a defective or nonconforming product, as determined by DII in its sole discretion. Under no circumstance will DII be liable
for personal injury, property damage or any other loss, damage, cost of repairs, or incidental,
consequential, punitive or special damages of any kind or nature whatsoever.
PRODUCT WARNINGS. Construction can be a dangerous activity, and it is the responsibility of the user
of the Dodge Hanger to act in a safe and reasonable manner while using or installing the Dodge Hanger.
The Dodge Hanger contained herein should only be used according to the instructions on the product
packaging, marketing materials, or website. Any content and information on the Dodge Hanger website is
only for informational purposes. Failure to observe these instructions can cause accident, injury or other
damage.
INSPECTION. The Dodge Hanger contained herein must be inspected before use to ensure that it has
not been damaged in shipment. If damaged, do not use it and immediately return it to DII for a
replacement. Failure to inspect the product before use will void this warranty.
DISPUTES. Any disputes relating to DII or the Dodge Hanger will be governed by Washington law and
must be brought in the state or federal courts of Washington State. Any claim for breach of this warranty
must be provided to DII in writing immediately upon identification of the alleged defect or non-conformity,
with a detailed explanation of the alleged problem and a copy of your receipt or other proof of purchase,
and the alleged defective product must be returned to DII at 2333 Executive Drive, Garland, Texas
75041. Any action, of any nature whatsoever, against DII or regarding Dodge Hangers must be
commenced within two (2) years after purchase of the products or materials, and no such action may be
maintained which is not commenced within such two (2) year period.
