The goal of “Operation Toll Relief” is to mitigate the high cost of delinquent toll violations so that drivers are in a better position to reinstate their driver‘s license and insurance coverage. Ensuring that drivers are licensed and insured is good for all those who live or travel within Miami-Dade County. Drivers can obtain a blank Motion For “Operation Toll Relief” by accessing the Miami-Dade County Clerk of Courts’ website at: www.miami-dadeclerk.com. The deadline to file the Motion For “Operation Toll Relief” with the Clerk of Courts is September 25th, 2015.
