MIAMI-DADE COURTS ANNOUNCE
“OPERATION TOLL RELIEF”
The Eleventh Judicial Circuit in Miami-Dade County, in partnership with the
Miami-Dade Expressway Authority (MDX), and the Florida Department of
Transportation, is pleased to announce that “Operation Toll Relief” is effective
immediately for drivers who owe money on toll violations.
“Operation Toll Relief” will allow drivers to file a Motion in court to have the dollar
amount of their current toll violations significantly reduced, and the driver can
then be placed on a new payment plan.
The goal of “Operation Toll Relief” is to mitigate the high cost of delinquent toll
violations so that drivers are in a better position to reinstate their driver‘s license
and insurance coverage. Ensuring that drivers are licensed and insured is good
for all those who live or travel within Miami-Dade County.
Drivers can obtain a blank Motion For “Operation Toll Relief” by accessing the
Miami-Dade County Clerk of Courts’ website at: www.miami-dadeclerk.com.
The deadline to file the Motion For “Operation Toll Relief” with the Clerk of Courts
is September 25th, 2015.

Citation information at the Miami-Dade County Clerk of Courts’ website at:
