Violations, Parking Tickets &
Red Light Camera Citations
Did you receive a Red Light Camera Citation?
Florida Statutes 316.074(1) and 316.075(1)(c)(1), authorizes the use of red light cameras. Florida Statute
318.15(a) provides for the possible suspension of issuance or renewal of a vehicle registration as well as the
possible suspension of a driver license if found not to be in compliance with payment of such a citation.
The City of Bradenton activated red light camera photo enforcement system in August 2009.
The City has partnered with ACS Inc., a company with a national reputation in red light photo enforcement
systems, to manage the program. Under Florida law, the citations issued through the Traffic Safety Program are
civil infractions; no insurance premiums are impacted and no points are added to a violator’s license.
If you have received a Red Light Camera Citation in the City of Bradenton or Manatee County and need
information on payment, clearance, or to dispute the citation; we recommend you contact Red Light Enforcement
Services by phone at 1.877.580.5853 or visit the City of Bradenton’s website: cityofbradenton.com to view images
and video.
For other jurisdictions, please refer to the City and/or State you received the citation in for more information.
