CONTRACT AGREEMENT
A non-refundable deposit of 25% must be given to ensure the order for the event date. Until this is received there is no guarantee that the order
requested will be available. Final numbers for the event and final payment are due seven days prior to the event date. Orders placed within 21
days of an event must be paid in full upon placing the order. Set-up and tear down is included in prices of chair covers for quantities that exceed
100 people and is within 30 kilometers. If night tear-down is required, additional charges will apply. Additional fees may vary depending on the
distance traveled and the quantity of the order. Should we have to make multiple visits for pick-up or delivery of linen, customers will be billed
accordingly. All linen has a listed replacement value. Replacement value is six times the rental charge. You may be charged in addition to the
rental fee for linens that are lost, torn, burned, or stained beyond cleaning. We will try to accommodate your facilities request for an early delivery if
needed for set-up. However, there is no guarantee that the order is available earlier than the date of your event. If you would like to book this in
advance there will be an additional charge to guarantee an early delivery date.
