Sportswearoritsaffiliates.Onlyoriginal,unaltered,andunmodifiedmaterialsandworkmanshiparecoveredby
thispolicy.Thisone-yearlimitedwarrantydoesnotcoverdamagecausedbynormalwearandtear,improper
care,misuse,accident,neglect,orthenaturalbreakdownofmaterialsovertime.Productsshouldbereturnedto
usforevaluation.ItemswithdefectsinmaterialsandworkmanshipwillberepairedoraVirtualMerchandise
Creditwillbeissued.Damagesduetoimpropercareoraccidentmayberepairedatareasonablerate.Thispolicy
isapplicabletoUnitedStatescustomersonly.
HowLongThisLimitedWarrantyLastsThisLimitedWarrantylastsforoneyearfromthedateofpurchase.
Coverageendsifyousellortransfertheproduct.
WhatWeWillDoTheWarrantyDepartmentwillinspecttheproductatnochargetoyou.IftheWarranty
Departmentdetermines,initssolediscretion,thattheproducthasadefectcoveredunderthisLimitedWarranty,
wewillrepairorissueaVirtualMerchandiseCreditequivalenttotheMSRPvaluewithinapproximatelyfour
weeksofinspection.Dependingontheseasonorproduct,itmaytakelongertorepaircertainitems.Columbia
Sportswearwilldiscardyourproductifyourproductiscoveredunderourlimitedwarrantypolicy.Ifyouwould
likeyouroriginalproductreturnedinsteadofaVirtualMerchandiseCredit,pleasechecktheboxontheprintable

us.Footwearmustbecleanedpriortoshipmentaccordingtoitscareinstructions.Pleaseincludeyourcompleted

briefdescriptionoftheproblem.Acopyofyouroriginalreceiptorproofofpurchasemayalsoberequired.
