I agree that the EGM 180 parts kit issued to my team at the start of the Spring 2011 semester
contains the parts indicated above. I further agree that my team will be responsible for the
replacement costs of any parts listed above that are not returned in good working condition at the
end of the semester. The replacement costs for missing or damaged parts will be distributed
equally among all members of my team and will be billed to each team member’s UNC
Asheville tuition and fees account.
