Absences Category Report Absence Balance Report Description The Absence Balance report provides information for each absence plan in which an active employee is enrolled. The detailed information includes time accrued, time taken, and time remaining. This report also generates a Supervisor Control Page for each location and supervisor. For an active employee's record to be included in this report, the employee must have current records with valid data on these pages: Absence Plan, Location History, and Job History. Absence Calendar Report The Absence Calendar report lists employees and the absence plans associated with them. The report notes all absences for employees within the specified date range. Absence Export Report The Absences Export report lists all the information related to employee absence episodes. Applicant Category Report Applicant Inquiry Report Description The Applicant Inquiry report lists applicant information, such as name, application date and status, requisition code, description and status, and job code and title. Applicant Referral Source The Applicant Referral Source report lists information about how applicants Report are referred to your organization. Information in this report includes referral source, application status, job code, job title, application date, and applicant name. The data provided in this report is also available in the Applicant Referral Source graph. Company Property Category Report Employee Company Property Description The Employee Company Property Card Checklist report lists company Card Checklist Report property cards issued to employees. This report includes person name, ID, job title, hire date, and department description. The report also includes property card type description, property card type code, card number, and issue and expiration dates. In addition, the report includes a date returned column and initials column to be completed when the card is returned. Employee Company Property The Employee Company Property Checklist report lists company property Checklist Report items issued to employees. This report includes person name, ID, job title, hire date, and department description. The report also includes property type description, property code, property description, serial number, and issue and return due dates. In addition, the report includes a date returned column and initials column to be completed when the property is returned. Property Issued Report The Property Issued report lists company property issued. This report includes property type, property code, property description, and serial number. The report also includes employee name, department, and issue and return due dates. Property Not Issued Report The Property Not Issued report lists company property that has not been issued. This report includes property type, property code, property description, and serial number. The report also includes acquired and disposed dates, comments, and columns indicating if the property is employee owned or co-possessed. Employee Listings Category Report Birthdays Report Description The Birthdays report provides a list of employees, their birth dates, business card titles, and departments. Active employees who do not have birth dates entered in the system will not appear on this report. Directory By Department With The Directory by Department with Name and Address report lists the Name and Address Report addresses and day, cell, pager, evening, and other telephone numbers of all active employees. Directory By Department The Directory by Department report lists the active employees within Report each department, along with their telephone numbers. Directory By Name with Name and Address Report Directory By Name Report The Directory By Name with Name and Address report lists the addresses and day, cell, pager, home, and other telephone numbers of all active employees. The Directory By Name report lists active employees and includes their current department, phone, and extension. Emergency Contacts Report The Emergency Contacts report lists emergency contacts for active employees, including the contact's telephone number, relationship, and priority. The report also lists the employee's department. Employee Basic Data Report The Employee Basic Data report lists employee name, business card title, hire and seniority date, and status information. The report also includes division, department, and location. Employee Confidential Data The Employee Confidential Data report lists employee name, business Report card title, hire and seniority date, and status information. The report also includes division, department, location, and current or last base pay. Employee Count By Company The Employee Count by Company report provides a count of employees Report and total FTE. The report detail displays employee name and current business card title, location, supervisor, shift, and hours per week. Note: "Seniority Date" is based on Adjusted Seniority Date, and if that date is blank, then Seniority Date is used. Job Category Report Base Pay and Job Report Description The Base Pay and Job report lists job information with associated pay information. Job History Report The Job History report shows employee job history records. Location History Report The Location History report shows employee location history details. Personnel Action Notice The Personnel Action Notice report lists the following information for Report active employees: name, address, telephone, SIN, hire date, person ID, employee ID, and current employment and salary data. Note: Persons with more than one current Performance History record will have a multiple page report. Legislative Category Report Bill 90 Report Description The Bill 90 report shows all the information necessary for tracking training taken by employees for government reporting in Quebec. The report lists Employee Name, Course, Company Name, Course Date, Training Hours, Total Hours, Base Pay Amount (hourly), Total Wages, and Total Employee Wages. 2004 Standard Reports Listing Employment Equity Data The Employment Equity report provides data suitable for extraction to Report government employment equity tracking software. Data for each employee, such as indicators of aboriginal, disability, and visible minority status. Base Pay by Department by The Base Pay by Department by Grade report shows a detailed listing of Grade Report active employees sorted by department code and then grade code. Employees must have an employee record for each of the following pages for the employee to appear on this report: Status, Job, Location, and Base Pay History. Base Pay History Report The Base Pay History report lists employee rate history records. If the Next Review Date on an employee's Base Pay History record is blank, that record does not appear on this report. Base Pay Outside Grade The Base Pay Outside Grade Range report lists all active employees Range Report whose annual base pay rate is either above the annual maximum or below the annual minimum pay range for their grades. Row-level security is applied to this report, letting you see information only for those employees to whom you have been assigned permission. Employees must have an employee record for each of the following pages for the employee to appear on this report: Status, Job, Location, and Base Pay History. Base Pay Review Dates The Base Pay Review Dates report lists past due and upcoming pay Report review dates for all active employees as of the date you enter. The information on the report includes business card title, department, and supervisor. Note that if there is no Scheduled Base Pay Review Date listed on a current Base Pay History record, that record will not appear on this report. Employee Calculations The Employee Calculations report lists calculations, such as service Report years, annualized pay, and compa ratio, for employees as of an effective date. This reports provides all the information you may need to resolve the conflicts that may occur, such as Employee Name, Payroll ID, Benefit Option/Entry Description, Processing Date and Option/Entry Conflict Description. Bonus Payments by This report displays all earnings and deduction values that have been Company by Earnings and entered in either the Form view, the Grid view, or the Multi view of the Deductions Bonus Payment page for employees within a specific company. If there is an open pay period schedule for the company, the data in the report will reflect that schedule. If there is no open pay period schedule, the report will reflect the last completed schedule. Note: If Labour Cost reporting is used for the employee's company, the Cost Centre Override field will also be displayed. Manual Payment Update Summary Report The Manual Payment Update Summary Report displays all: Earnings hours/units, Earnings dollar amounts, and Deduction dollar amounts for each payment that has been entered using the Manual Payment Update pages for an employee. It also contains any overrides to the EI Pay Period that have been advised, as well as the Remit Option that have been selected for deductions. Because not all these fields are mandatory, some may not have been completed for an employee. These fields appear as blank in the Person Summary. Previous Payment Reversal Summary Report The Previous Payment Reversal Summary Report displays all: Earnings hours/units, Earnings dollar amounts, and Deduction dollar amounts for each payment that has been entered using the Previous Payment Reversal pages for an employee. It also contains the Remit Option that you have selected for deductions. Year-To-Date Adjustment Summary Report The Year-to-Date Adjustment Summary Report displays all: Earnings hours/units, Earnings dollar amounts, and Deduction dollar amounts that have been entered using the Year-to-Date Adjustment pages for an employee. It also contains the Remit Option that you have selected for deductions. Note: If a statutory or third-party deduction is updated using a "blank" value, this value will be remitted. Note: If Labour Cost reporting is used for the employee's company, the Update Labour Cost and Cost Centre Override values will also be displayed. 2004 Standard Reports Listing Standard Payroll Output Reports The standard payroll output reports available are listed in the following table. Report Company Labour Cost Description The Company Change report (also displays the Labour Cost Change Change Report information), is your audit trail of company level changes and any mass changes processed for a group of employees. Daily Update Report The Daily Update report provides a breakdown of all charges incurred through payroll including service charges, net pays, statutory and other remittances processed. Statutory deductions include applicable employee employer options. Also displayed are year-to-date totals of statutory remittances totaled by CCRA BN/MRQ ID to assist in balancing your Government statutory remittance accounts. A grand total page for the entire company is included. Deduction Not Taken Report The Deduction Not Taken report is produced when a scheduled deduction is rejected due to lack of sufficient net pay. This report can then be used to enter a manual adjustment to "catch up" the employee on a following payroll. Employee Status Report The Employee Status report gives you a snapshot of all information on the employee record as held in the payroll mainframe. Use this report to verify the information on a new employee or changes made to an employee record. This report can also be used as a reference document for individual employee personal information. Payroll Entries Report The Payroll Entries report lists all transactions in a user-friendly format that would be processed for your company for the pay period. This easy to read report will display status changes, new employees, current pay and separate pay transactions. It also shows any errors that were detected. A three star (***) error indicates that a transaction was rejected or a payment was not processed. It is important to review this report for any error messages. Payroll Register The Payroll Register is a financial record of the pay period. It displays current and year-to-date earnings dollars and units/hours as well as deductions for each employee plus any adjustments. It is your copy of the employee's pay statement. The Payroll Register also displays summary totals by branch and/or department, as well as for the entire company. Standard sort is by Branch, Department and then by employee ID order. There are 4 optional fields available for printing information not automatically included on the report. ROE Information Report This report provides the information you need to complete a Record of Employment when you terminate an employee. It displays each employee's insurable earnings and insurable hours by pay period. 2004 Standard Reports Listing Statement of Earnings and The Statement of Earnings and Deductions displays extensive detail on Deductions the employee's record of payment for the pay period. This pay statement is produced for both cheques and direct deposits to the employee's bank account. 2004 Standard Reports Listing Standard Payroll Output Reports Report Description Totals Recap Report The Totals Recap report summarizes your company's payroll activity to help you balance your payroll. The report shows current totals for salaries, rates, active employees and payments. Totals Report The Totals report includes all current payroll information needed to post to your general ledger accounts. This report provides totals by branch, department and company number for each earnings category for hours and dollars. Totals are also provided for deductions and company portions of statutory deductions. Current and year-to-date values are displayed. Transaction Proof Report The Transaction Proof report lists all transactions processed for your company for the pay period. It also shows any errors that were detected. A three star (***) error indicates that a transaction was rejected or a payment was not processed. This report is displayed in Branch, Department, and Employee Number order. 2004
