Already know what you love to eat at Aurelio’s? Want your guests to
have flexibility? Use our existing dining room menu for your party.
CUSTOMIZED MENU OPTION
Customized menus are a great way to get exactly what you want to
eat at Aurelio’s Let us work with you to make your dinner perfect for
you and your guests.
We require all Customized Menus to be set 2 weeks prior to your
event date, with the same guidelines as outlined below for the Party
Package Menu Option.
PARTY PACKAGE MENU OPTIONS
FOR GROUPS OF 20 OR MORE
See our Party Package Menus and pick the best one for you! We
require all Party Package Options be finalized 72 hours prior to your
event date. This includes:

PIZZA PACKAGE #1
$9.50 Adult / $5.00 Children Ages 3-10
Plenty of pizza for your group, soft drinks and coffee included.
PIZZA AND SALAD PACKAGE #2
$10.50 Adult / $6.00 Children Ages 3-10
Same as Package #1 plus all you can eat salad included.
PIZZA & PASTA PACKAGE #3
$12.50 Adult / $6.50 Children Ages 3-10
Pizza, salad, garlic bread and endless mostaccioli or spaghetti,
soft drinks and coffee included.
PIZZA AND APPETIZER PACKAGE #4
$14.50 Adult / $6.50 Children Ages 3-10
Same as Package #1 plus a combo appetizer included.
Add all you can eat salad for $1.00 per person.
■ ADDITIONAL PARTY INFORMATION ■
All pizzas are cheese plus one topping. Additional pizza toppings are per
menu price. Prices listed exclude sales tax & gratuity.
A customized menu is available upon request with 2-weeks notice. The
event room holds up to 50 guests. On any date, if the event room is
reserved for fewer than 30 we cannot guarantee exclusive use of the room.
Menu selections and party size guarantees must be received 72 hours prior
to your event.
You are welcome to arrive up to 10 minutes prior to your party to place
your special decorations.
We suggest the use of balloon or flower centerpieces and other decorations,
but we respectfully request you don’t use confetti or distribute bubbles.
Tables for cakes, gifts, awards, etc. will be supplied if space allows. Please
request upon booking.
DESSERT OPTIONS
Vanilla ice-cream, spumoni or Italian ice: $1.50 per person.
Aurelio’s Deep Dish Ice-Cream Cookie: $6.95 each
(Each deep dish cookie serves approximately 4 guests).
Assorted cookies: $15.00 per dozen.
Triple chocolate chunk brownies: $25.00 per dozen
Cannolis: $2.75 each.

Final guest count given will be the minimum charged for your
event.

Final package choices including any variations and upgrades.
Upgrades will be applied to your party per the final guest count.
BAR OPTIONS
All alcohol charges are based upon consumption. The bar tab can be
added to your check or handled as a “cash bar,” meaning your guests
will pay for their own drinks.
Please be as exact as possible with your headcount when booking your
event. Any additions after the initial booking may affect the comfort level
of your guests.
Please let us know in advance how you would like to handle the bar tab.
Parties are booked for a period of 2.5 hours; each additional 1/2 hour is
billed at an additional $3/person unless other arrangements have been
made.
You may bring your own store bought cake and party plates. We do supply
serving utensils, plates and silverware, if needed. If you prefer Aurelio’s
servers cut and serve the cake, a $20 fee applies.
All other food and desserts must be provided by Aurelio’s.
Please make us aware if your party is a surprise.

Our event room seats 50 guests and we allow you to book
the space as private or semi-private depending on your party
size. Read all the details below to determine if “private” or
“semi-private” is best for your next party! We have alternate
space if your group is larger than 50 guests.
SPECIAL EVENTS
Aurelio’s opens at 11:30am every day. It is our pleasure to offer
our guests our private and semi-private space with no room
rental fee. A $50 deposit is required for parties with 30 guests
or less. A $100 deposit is required for parties with more than 30
guests. The deposit is required at the time of booking and will
be applied to your party’s final check unless other arrangements
have been made.
You are guaranteed use of the space for up to 2.5 hours if your
party has a headcount of 30 guests or more. All semi-private
groups are booked for up to a maximum of 2.5 hours. If your
party has less than 30 guests we will book your reservation as
semi-private.
