As one of the first Woodlea purchasers,
you have the opportunity to choose
from a selection of designer front
garden packages ensuring your
brand new garden at Woodlea is
beautifully better.
To welcome the first residents
at Woodlea in style, each home
purchased will include a front
landscaping package in the contract.
Three wonderful garden palettes are yours for the
choosing, ranging from the Classic, to the Contemporary
to the Woodland. Each one, though different in style
and plant types, is designed to be sustainable and
suitable for the Woodlea location.
Barry Murphy, Director of MDG Landscape Architects
and a vital member of the Woodlea team, has used the
existing and striking natural surrounds of Woodlea
to inspire the design and arrangement of individual
neighbourhoods and public spaces. These aspects, from
the nearby River Redgum woodland, to Kororoit Creek
and Deanside Wetlands, also combine with modern
architectural trends to influence the domestic landscape
packages you can choose from.

complements your new home at Woodlea;

2. Tell us which front garden you would like by
completing the quick, on-line form included
in the Woodlea front landscaping packages guide
that we’ve emailed to you.
3. Once you’ve submitted the form, a Woodlea Expert will
be in touch to discuss your design preference, alteration
for site position and co-ordinate the installation of your
brand new front garden at Woodlea!

FAQs
Do we need to provide our
Certificate of occupancy?
When will Woodlea deliver
my front garden?
Does our boundary fencing
need to installed?
Does our letterbox need
to be installed?
Yes, a copy of your certificate of occupancy will need
to be supplied prior to landscape works commencing.
Woodlea’s DRP will also undertake an external inspection
of your home to ensure your home has been built to the
approved plans prior to landscape works commencing.
In the event your dwelling has not been approved,
rectification of non-compliance items will need to be
completed prior to Woodlea commencing landscape works.
From receipt of a certificate of occupancy and
confirmation from DRP that your home has been built
to the approved plans, it is anticipated front gardens will
be delivered within 8-12 weeks. Timeframes will also be
subject to prevailing seasonal conditions.
Yes, we require your boundary fencing to be installed
prior to commencement of landscaping works. Please
ensure your fencing meets the Woodlea Design
Guidelines requirements as per clause 6.6.
Yes, we require your letterbox to be installed prior to
commencement of landscaping works. Please ensure
your letterbox meets the Woodlea Design Guidelines
requirements as per Clause 6.5.
Where can I send my
Certificate of Occupancy?
Please email a copy of your Certificate of Occupancy once
received to frontlandscaping@woodlea.com.au
and our team of experts will be in touch.

Does our driveway need
to be installed?
Yes, your driveway is required to be installed prior to
any works commencing. Please ensure your contractor
has installed the 90mm PVC pipe underneath your
driveway as per clause 6.1.7 of the Woodlea Design
Guidelines.
Clause 6.1.7 – A 90mm PVC pipe or similar is required to be
installed under the driveway 1m from the front boundary.
This is required for your front garden irrigation system.
Can we vary or change our
landscape packages?
We are unable to place any variations to our packages,
however our new residents are most welcome to add
their own touch to their front gardens after landscape
works have been completed.
