It is recommended that the Board of Education approve the agreement with
Community Health Center for Speech-Language, Physical and Occupational
Therapy Services beginning September 1, 2013 through August 31, 2014 as

APPROVAL OF ADDENDUM TO THE CONTRACT FOR THE
SUPERINTENDENT OF SCHOOLS
BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Education of the Gloversville Enlarged
School District hereby approves the addendum to the contract for Michael B.
Vanyo, Superintendent of Schools as outlined in the enclosed. (enclosure)

APPROVAL TO ABOLISH THREE (3) TEACHER AIDE POSITIONS
AND CREATE THREE (3) TEACHING ASSISTANT POSITIONS
It is recommended that the Board of Education approve the abolishment of three
(3) Teacher Aide positions and create three (3) Teaching Assistant positions. One
position will be at Gloversville High School and the other positions will be at
McNab Elementary School. (enclosure)

APPROVAL TO ABOLISH THE ENGLISH AS A SECOND LANGUAGE
TEACHER (ESL)
It is recommended that the Board of Education abolish the English as a Second
Language Teacher (ESL) position effective 8/31/13 as a result of declining need
for this service.

APPROVAL FOR REVISIONS TO MEAL CHARGING PROCEDURE
It is recommended that the Board of Education of the Gloversville Enlarged
School District approve the Revisions to the Administration Procedures
supporting Policy 5660 as outlined in the enclosed. (enclosure)

APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT WITH LINDA SIARKOWSKI
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the Agreement between Linda Siarkowski and
the Gloversville Enlarged City School District is approved, and the
Superintendent of Schools is authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of
the School District, and take action in accordance with its terms.
