Specifications
The flush wall swing door 102 EVOline3 has been developed to increase the
continuity of wall and door. The 102mm-thick panel allows a perfect alignment of the door on the internal and the external wall of the room.
The frame is the same for concrete and plasterboard walls and it can be
mounted either in push or in pull position.
Once installed, the frame can be painted the same colour of the wall or it can
be used in its original white colour.
The mounting of the frame is fast and simple : an additional frame fixed on
the EVOline3 standard frame allows the installation on plasterboard walls.
In case of brick walls the jamb is anchored to the wall through small steel
plates.
To avoid deformation during delivery and installing the frame is kept aligned
by spacers, which can be removed once the frame has been mounted. The
little holes left by the removal of the spacers can be filled with plaster.
The flush wall swing door EVOline3 has concealed adjustable hinges, which
allow a perfect light calibration between frame and panel.
Instead of being furnished with a traditional lock, the door features a magnetic lock.
The timbered, 102mm-thick panel is made of a 5mm-thick MDF layer and of
other selected materials. The panels can be ordered raw or with a priming
treatment that eases the following paintings. The panels can also be veneered or matt/glossy lacquered.
The panel and the frame are identified by an identification number to make
them easily traceable when separataly delivered and to simplify post-sale
assistance.
