920-0049 Patio Heater

Warning
Close the propane tank valve by turning it
clockwise and then remove the regulator from
the propane tank , before beginning any patio
heater repairs or service.

• Using a crescent wrench to detach the
regulator from the gas tank.

• Use a Philips head screw driver to
remove four screws from the base of
the emitter grid.

• Once the four screws are removed, lift
up the emitter grid / reflector to detach it.

• Use a Philips head screw driver
remove three screws from the top of
the head assembly.

• Use a Philips head screw driver to
remove three screws from the base of
the head assembly.

• Use a Philips head screw driver and
remove two additional screws located
on the sides of the control knob.

• Pull the control knob outward to
remove it.

• The entire head assembly will lift up
once all the previous steps have been
completed

• Once the main burner assembly has been
completely removed from the head housing,
use a Philips head screw driver to remove two
screws that hold the pilot bracket in place. The
pilot assembly will detach.

Reassemble the patio heater using these
instructions in reverse order, and perform a
gas leak test pursuant to the warning and
instructions in the Owner’s Manual before
using your patio heater.
