SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF TESTING COMMISIONING OF
EARTH PIT:
Specification: G.I Earth Electrode made up of 65MM DIA MS Pipe
with wall thickness of 3.5 mm (Class B),3000 mm long duly perforated
with connecting link of size 50x6 mm welded to the pipe for each
connection ,fabricated as per IS:3043 and hot dip galvanized after
fabrication for Zink coating of Minm 85 Micron(610 gms/sq.mtr)
.
Including Excavation of earth pits, filling with charcoal, salt, backfilling,
providing necessary brickwork chamber and with suitable cross welded
GI strip for connecting of earth Strip with electrodes.

SUPPLY AND LAYING OF EARTH STRIP & ROPE:
Specification: 50x6 mm /25x3/10 mm GI earth strip zink coating of
minm 85 microns (610 gms/sq.mtr).Laying of GI earth strip including
excavation work and clamping of GI strip laying overlapping ,welding
of joints ,putting anti corrosive material and applying hessian tape on
joints and connecting of newly built earth pit with existing earthing grid
of plant.

SUPPLY OF GI EARTH CHAMBER COVER :
Specification: Max size 60 x 60cm made up of 6 mm thickness
chequered plate along with lifting handle , one coat of red oxide
primer and two coats of synthetic epoxy paint duly painted with earth
pit symbol and no. and as directed by EIC.

SUPPLY OF GI EARTH CLAMP:
Specification: 5m long, 25sq.mm insulated single core cu. flexible
conductor with 100A, spring clamp (crocodile clamp).
