QUOTATION NOTICE
Sealed Competitive Quotations are invited from reputed individuals 1 firms 1 companies for
the supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Split Air- conditioning unit at kitchen
of Mascot hotel Trivandrum as per the schedule attached and following terms and conditions.
Terms and conditions
I. The rate quoted shall be inclusive of all taxes, duties, incidental expenses and net. The
loading, unloading, insurance, workers compensative, taxes on work contract etc are
to be included in the quote and for delivery/work at site.
2. The offer shall be valid for 60 days from the last date for receipt of your offer.
3. The work shall be completed within 30 days of agree.
4. No escalation of rates will be allowed under any circumstances.
5. The equipment shall have a warranty for one year from the date of supply.
6. The equipment supplied at the site shall be installed Icommissioned by the supplier as
per the layout at no extra cost.
7. KTDC reserves the right to reject any or all quotations and cancel the quotationer
process without assigning any reasons.
8. All resources (men, material, tools & equipments, power, water, fuel consumables,
scaffoldings etc) if required has to be arranged by the firm.
9. Pro rata payment shall be made as recommended by the officer in charge. 5% of the
amount shall be retained as performance guarantee.
10. The successful contractor shall execute an agreement with security deposit agreeing to
the general condition of contract in Kerala stamp paper worth Rs. 1001-.
II. All statutory deductions will be carried out from the firm's bill and exemption if any
shall be mentioned prior with necessary supporting documents.
The offer shall reach the office of the Chief Engineer, Kerala Tourism Development
Corporation Limited, Mascot Square, Trivandrum on or before 2:30 PM 21105/2015 super
scribing the name of the work on the cover. The quotations will be opened on the same day

at 3.30 PM. Further details if required can be had from the office of the Chief Engineer
during office hours up to 20/0512015.
If the last date mentioned falls as a holiday or Harthal, the very next working day will
be treated as the last date / opening d~te.
