IMPORTANT SAFETY CONSIDERATIONS
Safety Direction
1. Forbid the usage while overloading.
2. Often check the safety between the hook, ring and conjunction parts in order to make sure all latches are
secure and closed.
3. Please charge the battery every 90 days even when not in use.
Main Technique Data and Function
1. Over load indication: Displays “OL” when the weight is beyond the max limit of 1100 lbs.
2. Power supply: 6V/9V integration battery.
3. Low current indication: Displayed when the battery voltage is less than 5.3V
4. Specification:100kg/0.02kg;200kg/0.05kg;300kg/0.1kg;500kg/0.1kg
Operation Instruction:
A. key-press instructions:
(ON/OFF) key:
(kg/lb) key: change unit’s kg/lb.
[FUNC] key: press this key to release from locking when the weight value was locked; press this key to
deduct currently measured value by non lock.
B. Usage method:
1. Press (ON/OFF), self-checking set to zero automatically, then will go to weight detected.
2. Press [FUNC] to operate.
3. Press [FUNC] key: to turn on the backlight.
4. If “- LB -“, is displayed, it means the battery needs to change.
5. If “-OL-”, is displayed, the scales is overloaded
C. Calibration:
A. Calibration status: Turn on the indicator, it will perform self-check. At the same time: the weighing
windows display 06.025/10.050/15.075/30.100/60.200/50.200/A0.250,press “ON/OFF” to choose the
capacity :
10.050, equivalent to 100kg-50kg; acquiescence DEC 0.02kg;
20.100, equivalent to 200kg-100kg; acquiescence DEC0.05kg;
30.100, equivalent to 300kg-100kg; acquiescence DEC0.1kg;
50.150, equivalent to 500kg-150kg; acquiescence DEC0.1kg;
Then after the calibration weight, press “KG/LB”, in the end press “FUNC” to exit.
