The budget line will provide support for programme management, implementation, monitoring, control and evaluation as well as the capacity building of the MA, beneficiaries and the members of the
Monitoring Committee of OP
"Environment 2014- 2020" in accordance with Regulation (EC) № 1303/2013 of the
European Parliament and of the Council of
17 December 2013 laying down common provisions on the European Regional
Development Fund, the European Social find, the Cohesion fund, the European
Agricultural Fund for Rural Development and the European Fund for Maritime and
Fisheries Fund and laying down general provisions on the European Regional
Development Fund, the European Social
Fund, the Cohesion fund and the European Maritime and Fisheries Fund and repealing Council Regulation (EC) №
1083/2006. Thus an effective implementation of the OP will be set up as well as the availability of specific capacity for project development and implementation (including management) in sector "environment".

Activities for promoting OP
“Environment” in
2016
Providing the implementation of the planned activities for information and publicity in 2016 of OP “Environment
2014-2020” according to National
Communication Strategy 2014-2020. All obligatory acts on the level of the operational Programme will be fulfilled according to Regulation 1303/2013.
The communication will be directed to timely satisfaction of the identifying communication needs of the target groups:
• Informing the public for the scope and aims of the Programme as well as the goals and expected results from implementation of the procedures for call of proposals in Indicative Annual Working
Programme for 2016. ;
•
Informing the potential beneficiaries, partner organizations and all interest groups for the opportunities for financing which the program provide for whole program period focusing on procedures in Indicative Annual Working
Programme for 2016.;
•
Increasing the awareness and competency of beneficiaries in implementing projects;
•
Forming ecological consciousness in children as a guarantee for sustainability of all taken activities.
Planned activities are directed to all target groups and all chosen activities are bound to the goals. It is provided using of different communication channels and where it is applicable will be searching not only
