A.
General
1. The offered Transformer Make shall be VoltAmp/Voltas/BHEL /PS Electric only
2. Manufacturer or their Authorised dealer offer only will be considered. Dealers certificate and
supply list of similar transformer to be furnished
B.
The Offer shall be submitted in TWO PARTS.
i.
Techno-Commercial.
The Techno-Commercial offer shall contain the technical compliance statement in same
format and order. Necessary technical Catalogues supporting the product to be enclosed.
II. Financial:
The cost of the item in the financial bid shall be stated as below.
a. Transformer with standard accessories and Optional Fittings
b. Customer Routine Inspection charges if any
c. Charges for Heat run test
d. Charges for impulse test (optional).
e. Any other please specify clearly.

IV. Transformer will be inspected and Tested before dispatch, Type test and Impulse test
report of similar Transformer to be enclosed

Two sets of Test reports with GA, Control circuit Drawings
Warranty:
System supplied shall be covered under a warranty period of 18 months from the date of
receipt of the material at our Stores or 12 months from the date of commissioning of the unit
at site.
Bank Guarantee: Bank guarantee shall be given as per Department norms
Validity of the offer should not be less than 120 days from the tender due date

The structure material used for the enclosure shall be of high
quality MS. Main frame shall be of suitable equal angles /
channels. Sheet covers used shall be not less than 1.8 mm
thickness. Additional stiffener to be provided for doors. The
enclosure shall provide not less than IP 44 protections for
outdoor use. Separate detachable rain protection hood of slope
type in addition to top cover shall be provided. Suitable
toughen glass View window to be provided wherever required.
All doors / covers shall be fixed with high quality gaskets to
with stand the rated temperature. Each door shall have
Interlock for tripping HT CB. Sufficient bottom clearance for
cooling to be incorporated
The enclosure shall be housed on MS C Channel, which will
be used for resting on installation platform at site. The system
shall have heavy-duty detachable rollers.
Through 1.1KV grade, FINOLEX / RR make flame proof
Copper stranded pre twisted conductor of 2.5 mm2 shall be
used for control circuits. All auxiliary contact terminals to be
extended up to a poly propylene / wago type common terminal
block for remote monitoring purposes
