2015. The objective of the conference is to bring
together leading academic scientists, researchers and

Materials and Manufacturing. It also provides the
premier interdisciplinary forum for researchers,

Authors are encouraged to submit high quality

contributions
describing
original,
unpublished work. All submitted conference papers
will be peer reviewed. Accepted and presented
papers will be published in the conference
proceedings.
The authors are invited to submit their full paper as
MS – Word document with the following format:
Font: Times New Roman, 12 Pt., 1.5 line spacing.
Full paper should include: Title of the paper,

address. Abstracts should not exceed 100 words.

About the Department
The department of Mechanical Engineering was
established in the year 2007. The department offers
B.E (Mechanical Engineering), M.E (Manufacturing
Engineering) and M.E (Energy Engineering). The
department has highly qualified and experienced
faculty members; many of them are with Ph.D.
degree. The faculty members actively engage in
research and constantly publish papers in
International and National Journals. The department
regularly organizes technical workshops for the
faculty members to expose them to emerging areas.

Technology (DST), All India Council for Technical
Education (AICTE) and Naval Research Board (NRB)

areas are: Friction Stir Welding, Metal Cutting, (CFD),
Grinding, Porous Media Flows, Heat Transfer,
Alternate fuels, Thermal energy storage and Vapour
absorption refrigeration systems.
