A. ENERGY STAR® Certified LED Interior Light Fixtures
Requirements:

• Rebates are based on a one-for-one replacement of existing

(complete retrofit kit).

• Must be installed in common area laundry room.

M. Cold Vending Machine Controls

Requirements:
• For non-perishable product vending machines, the lighting
and compressor must shut off when surrounding area is
unoccupied for 15 minutes or longer.

• Refurbished machines that include these features also qualify.

proof of purchase.
• The control must power up the compressor at least every
two hours to maintain product temperature.
N. Packaged Terminal Air Conditioners (PTAC) and Heat Pumps

• Eligible PTAC units are 2 tons (24,000 BTU/hr) or less.
• Must exceed California Code, Title 20 by at least 20%.
• Must be listed in the Air Conditioning, Heating and Refrigerator
Institute (AHRI) directory at ahridirectory.org.
• To calculate eligible minimum energy-efficiency ratio (EER),

O. Air Conditioner Efficient Fan Controllers

Requirements:
Rebate
per Unit
• Air Conditioner Efficient Fan Controller (EFC) devices delay
the evaporator fan cycle off time to take advantage of the
residual liquid refrigerant remaining in the evaporator after
the compressor cycles off.
• Must use built-in logic to delay the fan cycle off time based
on the compressor run time.
• Only applies to residential split-system air conditioning
units with an indoor evaporator coil. Only split-system
air-conditioner with fan cycling off at the same time as the
compressor are eligible; baseline air conditioning system
cannot have a built-in delay.
• Limited to Climate Zones 10-15.
• Must document and report the air conditioning system size
(tons) for each installation.
For a Limited Time. SCE is offering a $1,000 rebate on Variable-Speed Pool Pumps.
Property owners may be eligible to receive a rebate for the installation of a new Variable-Speed Pool
Pump installed by an SCE-authorized contractor. Wade pools and Spas with existing single speed pool
pumps are eligible.
