Features
Electrical/Dimming
1. Ring: Die-cast aluminum with cool grip insulation band, a high temperature
silicone rubber which allows aiming adjustments while fixture is on.
2. Socket: Bi-pin ceramic socket wired with 18 ga. stranded Teflon leads with
fiberglass outer sleeve.
3. Transformer: Electronic low voltage transformer with integral radio
frequency interference filter and anti-crossover circuit for increased
reliability; housed in extruded aluminum.
4. Track Attachment Fitting: Molded polycarbonate, rotates into track and
locks on with push tab; integral polarity key guard.
5. Push Tab: Locks and detaches unit from track.
6. Brass Contacts: Extends for connection to second circuit in Advent®
Lytespan track.
7. Tension Pivot Mounts: Die-cast aluminum. Allows for 180° horizontal
rotation and 180° vertical rotation.
8. Lamp Guard: Tempered glass.
9. Spring: Steel springs hold lamp and housing in place.
10. Housing: Aluminum, fully encloses lamp back and socket. Vents dissipate
lamp heat.
Dimming controls: Use only dimmers specifically designed for use with
electronic transformers, like Lightolier SunriseTM and Neptune Momentum QETM
series. Low voltage fixtures may produce audible sound when used with
dimmers, which may be objectionable in acoustically critical areas.

1. Insert into LYTESPAN TRACK (see Fig. 1). LOCKING I-EVER must be in same side of track as BEAD.
2. Rotate FllllNG
90” clockwise (see Fig. 2).
3. Rotate FITTING until LOCKING LEVER snaps and locks in place (see Fig. 3).
4. To remove: depress LOCKING LEVER, then rotate FITTING 90” counterclockwise.

FITTING TO OPERATE ON 2 CIRCUIT TRACK
(See Fig. 4) BRASS CONTACT can be raised or lowered. Broken line indicates position
for 1 circuit track system or lower circuit of 2 circuit track system.
To convert attachment FITTING for upper circuit of. 2 circuit track, raised BRASS
CONTACT to high position by lifting CONTACT as high as stop permits and CONTACT
clicks into place.

1. Check to see that power is OFF when Iamping or relamping.
2. For 6273B insert the two I-AMP PINS into the SOCKET HOLES (Fig. 5a);
For 6273T insert the two LAMP STUDS into the SOCKET HOLES and
twist clockwise (Fig. 5b).
3. Insert COVER with LAMP into RING until (3) LAMP SPRINGS engage
fully with the RING (Fig. 6).
