MCR Federal, LLC (MCR), a premier provider of Integrated
Program Management services, has been awarded four One Acquisition Solution for Integrated
Services (OASIS) contracts by the General Services Administration (GSA) to provide a wide range of complex professional services to federal agencies.
OASIS SB is a 10-year, multi-billion, multiple award, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract with unlimited ceiling that all federal government agencies can use to buy professional services, including management and consulting, engineering, logistics, and financial service. Under
OASIS Small Business (OASIS SB), MCR will compete to deliver professional services in three major pools: Pool 5A for Aircraft Parts, and Auxiliary Equipment, and Aircraft Engine Parts; Pool 5B for
Space Vehicles and Guided Missiles, their Propulsion Units, their Propulsion Units Parts, and their
Auxiliary Equipment and Parts; and Pool 6 for Aircraft. Under OASIS Unrestricted (OASIS UNR),
MCR will compete to deliver professional services in Pool 6 which is mapped to NAICS code 541712
(1,500 employees).

OASIS provides flexible support for Commercial and Non-Commercial requirements, which means any contract type may be utilized. Agencies can use OASIS SB to obtain professional services support through the lifecycle phases of their programs, such as requirements analysis, concept development, planning, acquisition, research and development, test and evaluation, implementation, and operations and maintenance. “OASIS is a great win for MCR,” MCR Vice Chairman Neil F.
